Creating and participating in polls is seamless and integrated right into the experience you're already used to. Here’s a quick breakdown:

✅ Creating a Poll

When you go to make a new post, simply choose the Poll option. You’ll be able to:

• Write your question or topic (up to 255 characters)

• Add 2 to 10 options for users to choose from

• Set the poll duration (from as short as 5 minutes to several days)

• Choose where the poll should appear: on your profile, in a Community, or on your Page

• Optionally limit access to subscribers only (for page owners)

You can even tag other users or use hashtags and coin symbols (#hashtag or $BTC), just like regular posts!

📅 Duration & Expiry

Every poll has a timer — once it ends, users can no longer vote. So if you see a poll you care about, make sure to vote before it expires!

Voting is just a click away. Users can:

• Select their preferred option

• Submit their vote instantly

• See updated results in real-time after voting

To keep things fair and transparent:

• You can only vote once per poll

• You must be logged in

• You can only vote on polls that haven’t expired

If a poll is already closed or you’ve already voted, the system will let you know.

• Followers and subscribers get notified

• Mentions inside poll content will alert the tagged users

• Community and page members are kept in the loop through their activity feeds
