These internship and contributor roles offer opportunities to learn, grow, and actively support the platform’s mission, while gaining hands-on experience in blockchain, community building, and token-based ecosystems.

This experience is designed as a pathway toward your role, strengthening your understanding of Web3, SocialFi, and DeFi while helping identify where your skills and interests may best align in a potential future role at TheBenefactor.net.

Internship Roles:
Marketing & Community Intern: 
Help spread the word about TheBenefactor.net, connect with our community, and support fun outreach projects.

• Assist with social media posts, community events, and other outreach activities.
• Create content that shares our mission and showcases the platform.
• Track engagement and suggest ways to make campaigns even better.

Blockchain & Ecosystem Intern:  
Dive into the world of blockchain, learn about token systems, and help shape our growing ecosystem.

• Research blockchain trends, tools, and technologies.
• Help design and test ecosystem and token models.
• Summarize insights to guide platform development and community decisions.

Community & Support Intern: 
Be a friendly guide for new users, help people get started, and keep the community lively and welcoming.

• Answer questions, moderate discussions, and support onboarding.
• Help organize events or live sessions for our community.
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements to make the experience better for everyone.

Token & Rewards Intern: 
Explore token-based rewards and help build fun ways for users to engage with the platform.

• Assist in planning token rewards and incentive programs.
• Track user engagement and suggest ways to improve participation.
• Support development of loyalty programs, referrals, and other reward systems.

Web3 Development/Support Intern: 
Assist with platform testing, user support, and basic Web3 development tasks in a remote startup environment.

• Test features, report bugs, improve UX, and assist users with technical issues like wallet connections and reward claims.
• Help with basic frontend/backend tasks, crypto utility integrations, documentation, and small projects alongside the lead developer.
• Research competitor platforms, UI/UX trends, and contribute feature ideas for the social + crypto experience.

Graphic Design & Video Editor Intern: 
Create and edit engaging Web3 visuals that drive social media growth and creative strategy while maintaining platform relevance.

• Produce videos, images, GIFs, and memes optimized for each platform for TheBenefactor.net.
• Analyze Web3 and crypto content to guide high-performing TheBenefactor.net creatives.
• Support TheBenefactor.net campaigns by working with cross-functional teams.

Your PIF Internship Plan:

• Location: Remote | TheBenefactor.net, Inc. operates out of StageWorks, a co-working and innovation space located at 113 5th Ave S, St. Cloud, MN 56301.
• Duration: Flexible term based on student availability, with opportunities for continued collaboration after the internship.
• Compensation: Token-based / Interns receive an initial allocation of 10,000 PIF tokens (valued at $0.025 each), plus 5,000 tokens per week. Accepted applicants may also qualify for Stipend Opportunities (e.g., through your university).
