Hello, I’m Darren Guimont, Founder & CEO of TheBenefactor.net.
I hold a two-year Machine Trades degree and bring more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the machining industry, where precision, discipline, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are essential.
Between 2020 and 2022, I recognized a significant gap in the cryptocurrency industry. While blockchain technology offered tremendous potential, many projects lacked trust, transparency, utility, and long-term value. I saw an opportunity to build a platform where users could share in the value they help create. That realization ultimately led to TheBenefactor.net.
Over the years, I have dedicated myself to learning, building, and navigating the evolving blockchain and Web3 landscape. I watched countless projects make ambitious promises without delivering lasting value. I believed there was an opportunity to build something different, focused on real utility, transparency, and meaningful opportunities for everyday people.
TheBenefactor.net was originally established as a Minnesota LLC operating under the DBA “Paying It Forward” before evolving into TheBenefactor.net, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation, providing the corporate foundation for our long-term vision and growth.
Today, TheBenefactor.net is building a utility-first SocialFi ecosystem around the participation economy by combining social engagement, practical blockchain utilities, and user incentives. Our mission is to create a platform where people who help create value online have the opportunity to share in that value through meaningful participation.
Everything we build is guided by three core principles:
• Trust: Building through transparency, security, and accountability.
• Utility: Delivering practical products and real-world use cases that solve meaningful problems.
• Sustainability: Creating a long-term ecosystem designed to benefit both users and the platform as it grows.
This is more than a platform to me; it’s the culmination of years of learning, perseverance, and a commitment to building something that creates lasting value for others.

Tauseed Zaman is a software developer from Pakistan with a BSCS degree and a passion for creating digital solutions. Skilled in PHP, Python, and JavaScript, he focuses on delivering efficient and scalable applications. With expertise in frameworks like Laravel and proficiency in automation scripting using PowerShell, Bash, and Batch, Tauseed optimizes workflows for his clients.
He also has skills in Natural Language Processing, Smart Contract development, and ethical hacking, enabling him to build secure and decentralized applications. An active member of the developer community, Tauseed shares updates and insights through GitHub, YouTube, and social media, staying current with the latest technology trends.

Barinedum Kordah is a local Minnesota star athlete turned entrepreneur. He earned his bachelor's degree from Augsburg University and his MBA from Concordia University-Saint Paul.Passionate about advertising, blockchain, and Web3, Barinedum thrives in the company of builders and innovators pushing the boundaries of emerging technology.
Outside of work, he stays active on the pitch, competing in local soccer leagues across the Twin Cities.

Brian Fleming is a U.S. Navy veteran and Doctorate candidate driven by business, community impact, and Paying It Forward through TheBenefactor.net.
Brian Fleming is a jack of many trades, aspiring master of a few. Residing in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Brian enjoys a good business challenge. He is currently completing a Doctorate of Business Administration program with National University, headquartered in San Diego, CA. Brian was stationed out of San Diego during his active duty service as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from 2015-2019. In addition to current schooling, Brian holds three masters degrees in cybersecurity, business administration, and leadership psychology.
Brian believes in the heart behind thebenefactor.net. Paying it forward is important to him. As such, Brian is an involved community member, active both monetarily and voluntarily in a number of neighborhood and regional causes, organizations, and grassroots movements. And, when Brian is not hard at work working with newcomers to thebenefactor.net, you can find him with his partner, Jen, and their dog, Cora, walking a county park or sitting beneath a huge oak tree, marveling at nature’s splendor.
