Im gonna start posting so I make sure I didn't create this community for nothing lol.

Now I get it, fitness could mean doing millions of things, but it depend's on your goals.

For now, start simple. You can do bodyweight exercises from the comfort of your home. No equipment needed and saves you a lot of time.

Or you could be the more relaxed type where you just want to walk a couple miles everyday. THAT ALSO IS FITNESS!
