I really like the sentiment and motivation of @dkalev005 in this community. My fitness journey has taken many different forms over the years. Most recently, I really gotten into long distance running and training for marathons. I am currently training to run the St. Louis marathon for the second time this April!

Running to me has been about more than staying in physical shape, I have really enjoyed the mental benefits. It is a great escape from the stresses of a busy life and really acts as a time of reset that grounds your life. There is something calming about going for a run or doing any kind of workout. It can certainly be intimidating to start, but the benefits are undeniable!
