6:00 AM - No phone. Just water.
7:00 AM - 20 min walk. No podcast. Just thoughts.
7:30 AM - Write 3 things I want done today.
8:00 AM - Deep work block. Zero meetings.
Output went up.
Anxiety went down.
No app required.
